A panel at the University of Kansas’ Dole Institute of Politics on Wednesday featured a set of four campaign managers who pulled back the curtain on their strategy and tactics in the 2nd and 3rd Districts. Ringleaders for Democratic U.S. Rep.-elect Sharice Davids and Republican U.S. Rep.-elect Steve Watkins, as well as the defeated candidates, incumbent U.S. Rep.
