“Is the vote a right or a responsibility?” In celebration of the centennial anniversary of the 19th amendment, the competitors of this year’s civic engagement essay contest had to answer this question. Join the winners as they discuss their essays with the judges of the contest.

This special program will be live-streamed to the institute’s YouTube channel and website, www.doleinstitute.org. Due to continuing concerns regarding the novel coronavirus pandemic, the program will only be available online.
