Luke Messer represented the people of the Indiana 6th Congressional District for three terms in the U.S. House of Representatives. During his tenure, he served in various leadership positions in the House Republican Conference, including as Chair of the House Republican Policy Committee. He also served on the House Committees on Financial Services; Education and the Workforce; Budget; and Foreign Affairs.
