Beth joined the Dole Institute in early 2024 as the Institute’s Director of Operations and Strategic Initiatives—overseeing the day to day operations of the Institute. A graduate of Baker University, Beth comes to the Institute with a wealth of experience in public service at the federal, state and local levels of government—having a combined 28 years of experience in facilities and operations management, budgeting and fiscal management, human resources, and evaluation and assessment.

A native of Kansas, Beth holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from Baker University. She has over 15 years of experience working with the State of Kansas, including in the Attorney General’s Office and the Kansas National Guard in a variety of positions. Before coming to the Dole Institute, she served as the State Human Resources Director in the Kansas Adjutant General’s Department.
