Maddi Shinall joined the Dole Institute in September 2025 as the Digital Projects and Metadata Coordinator. She works to digitize and create descriptive metadata for Dole Archives collections for the American Congress Digital Archives Portal. Maddi collaborates with Portal partners across institutions to help make accessing congressional archival collections easier for all. Maddi holds a B.A. in political science from Grinnell College and an M.S.L.I.S. from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
