In September of 2006, the Dole Institute welcomed Madeleine Albright, former U.S. Secretary of State. She spoke at the Lied Center, “An Evening with Madeleine Albright” in a program moderated by Dole Fellow Stephen Jacques, and appeared at a book signing for her then newly published book, “The Mighty and the Almighty: Reflections on America, God, and World Affairs.”

Albright expanded on the themes of her book, including religion in the U.S. Government, religious extremism and bipartisanship. The full program is available through our YouTube channel.
